Upon registration, I understand and agree to abide by the Marshall Recreation Department's Code of Conduct & sport by-laws attached to all league schedules. The Code of Conduct & sport by-laws are available at the Marshall Recreation Department office & on the website at recpro.cityofmarshall.com.

Upon registration, I understand and agree to abide by the provisions of the ASA Liability Waiver & Player Affidavit which is available on the Marshall Recreation Department website at recpro.cityofmarshall.com, posted at the Department Office and also posted in the scoresheds at the Athletic Field.
